Dispute Resolution

Pro Bono
Recognizing the importance of the provision of high quality legal services to those within our community who are unable to afford legal counsel, the lawyers at Norman Wohlgemuth Chandler & Dowdell regularly provide legal services on a pro bono basis.  A number of attorneys in the firm are members of the Criminal Justice Act Panel, from which appointments are made to represent indigent defendants in federal criminal proceedings.  These appointments have included the representation of inmates on Oklahoma’s death row and other individuals pursuing post-conviction relief in state and federal courts.  Norman Wohlegmuth Chandler & Dowdell attorneys also regularly serve as counsel to local community-service organizations, including membership on the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice, The Day Center for the Homeless and The University of Tulsa Board of Trustees.
